2. Products and Orders
All products in our store are made-to-order. Products are created only after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly from those seen on screen due to monitor settings.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout based on your region and include applicable taxes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of placing the order is binding.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments. Available options are displayed automatically during checkout.
4. Order Fulfillment
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The order will be sent to production once payment is cleared.

Production: 2–7 business days
Shipping: 3–10 business days
Total Estimated Time: 5–17 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on product type and delivery destination.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@lobstory.eu. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Details can be found in our Returns Policy.
6. Complaints and Returns
Defective or damaged products are subject to complaint within 30 days of delivery. In case of manufacturing defects, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. Detailed information is available in the Returns Policy.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. We are not liable for incorrectly provided delivery addresses. We are not liable for customs duties and import taxes (for deliveries outside the EU).

All content in the store (graphics, descriptions, photos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without our explicit consent.

Prices are displayed in USD for US customers and CAD for Canadian customers. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@lobstory.eu. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
