Yes. LobStory is a registered business operating in Poland and the European Union. Every order is processed through secure payment providers, and customers receive full order confirmation and tracking information.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. If you simply ordered the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer right) — return shipping is covered by the customer. Check our size guide before ordering to get it right the first time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location in Europe and usually takes:

- EU: 3–7 business days
