2. Products and Orders

All products in our store are made-to-order by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Products are created only after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly from those seen on screen due to monitor settings.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in PLN and include TAX.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The price applicable at the time of placing the order is binding.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments. Available options are displayed automatically during checkout.

4. Order Fulfillment

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The order will be sent to production once payment is cleared.

Lead Times:

  • Production: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Total Estimated Time: 5–17 business days

Products are shipped by Printify from various locations worldwide, depending on the product type and delivery destination.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Details can be found in our Returns Policy.

6. Complaints and Returns

  • Defective or damaged products are subject to complaint within 30 days of delivery.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, we offer a free reprint or a full refund.

  • Detailed information is available in the Returns Policy.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

  • We are not liable for incorrectly provided delivery addresses.

  • We are not liable for customs duties and import taxes (for deliveries outside the EU).

8. Personal Data Protection

9. Copyright

All content in the store (graphics, descriptions, photos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without our explicit consent.

Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on lobstory.eu from the United States or Canada, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read and understood our policies.

Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD for US customers and CAD for Canadian customers
  • All prices include applicable taxes where required by law
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@lobstory.eu. Once production has begun on print-on-demand items, cancellation may not be possible.

Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of LobStory and are protected by copyright laws in Poland, the European Union, and internationally.

Warranty Disclaimer Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
